Description: Umeed-e-Milaap is a student-led initiative to promoting peace and friendship between India and Pakistan, conducted and organised in collaboration with IIT-Bombay Techfest and students at LUMS and SPADES (Society for the Promotion and Development). The first part of the initiative invited students from all over Pakistan to participate in a robotics competition. Pakistani youth were also invited to send messages to their brethren across the border through a Peace Diary that travelled from Mumbai to Lahore and Karachi.
