LAHORE: The grand peace and cultural ceremony held on Friday under the banner of “Aman Ki Asha” at the Wagah border will be telecast in one of the most popular talk shows, Geo TV’s Nadia Khan Show, next week on Monday.
The Nadia Khan Show on Monday morning, June 28, will be entirely devoted to the peace ceremony held under the aegis of the Jang Group of Publications on the occasion of passing of the Commonwealth Games Torch to India from Pakistan.
In the ceremony, a large number of schoolchildren exchanged “handkerchiefs chain” with their Indian counterparts. Besides, noted singers like Jawwad Ahmad, Najam Shiraz and his daughter, Haya, and Jassi Singh gave memorable performances.
The crew of Nadia Khan Show remained busy at the Wagah border during the whole ceremony on Friday preparing for Monday’s show, which is expected to be exciting and thrilling for viewers both in Pakistan and India.
