Sharmila Tagore reaches Lahore to attend LLF

LAHORE:  Renowned Indian film actress of her times Sharmila Tagore reached Lahore on a four day visit to attend the Lahore Literary Festival (LLF).

The organizers of the Lahore Literary Festival received her at Wagah Border on Wednesday.

Sharmila will attend the opening ceremony of the LLF on February 19.

Sharmila will attend the opening session of the first day of LLF on February 19. The session will be titled “In conversation with Sharmila Tagore”, based on the life and film career of the actress. The session will be moderated by novelist Hameed Haroon.

Sharmila had been associated with acting in Bollywood cinema for more than fifty  years.

The LLF will have diversified topics of  literature, film, arts, and it will be attended by national and international personalities.
